Shipping
All orders received before 12:00 Noon Arizona time will ship same day. Orders received after 12:00 Noon will ship on the following day unless otherwise indicated.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not business shipping days and can not be used to estimate your gifts arrival.

Summer Shipping
Summer shipping policies go into effect May 14th through October 1st.
During the summer months, you can ship any of our gifts at no additional costs. The nuts and fudge arrive just fine, with the same consistent fresh quality, even in the heat of
We do substitute for these following items during these months:
· Milk Chocolate Cinnamon Roasted Almond
· White Chocolate Cinnamon Roasted Almond

· French Mints
· Milk Chocolate Pretzels
The fudge can be shipped in the summer months but will arrive soft. To bring it back to its original consistency place it in the freezer for 2 hours. A fudge serving tip card is included with each gift.
Logo Guidelines
- There is a one time $25.00 set up fee.
- We print all logos Black on Gold labels.
- There are no Minimums.
You can email logos to orders@almondbrothers.com. Please include company name and contact information. Allow 5 working days to finish logo and send proof for approval.
File types to send:
- Adobe Illustrator file in vector graphic format.
or
- EPS file extension with fonts converted to outlines.
Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. If you are mailing your order we accept credit card and personal checks. Your credit card will be charged at the time we ship your first item.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available and exclude shipping and any taxes, and may not be combined with any other offers.

Wholesale
We only wholesale the individual bags of nuts and fudge. To set up an account call 1-800-308-2909. We will not add any new wholesale accounts from November 1 through December 31.

Gift list
If you need a copy of your previous gift recipients give us a call and we will send you a copy.
To place an order for multiple gifts you can use our Excel spreadsheet to send us your list. Simply fill in the appropriate names and addresses and send to orders@almondbrothers.com.

Substitutions
If an item is not available we will ship an item of equal or greater value.
During the summer months we will substitute for the Chocolate Covered Almonds, Chocolate Pretzels, Chocolate Covered Sandwich Cookies and Assorted Chocolate Candies.
Freshness
All of our nut products can be enjoyed up to 3 months after receiving your product. You can freeze any of the nut products, with the exception of the chocolate covered ones, for up to 6 months.
The fudge will stay moist up to 4 weeks from the time you receive the product. You can freeze the fudge wrapped in foil for up to 3 months. Let thaw at room temperature when you are ready to enjoy.
