| Cinnamon Roasted – There is nothing better than the taste of fresh Almonds or Pecans roasted with a touch of cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. A taste that brings back memories of home baking. Cayenne Pepper – We add a few dashes of fresh ground Cayenne Pepper to our kettle filled with fresh almonds and sugar. The combination of sweet and hot makes for a tantalizing taste that begins sweet but finishes with a bang. It is just the right mix so that it is not too hot for the delicate palate and just enough for the experienced spicy connoisseur. Coriander – This unique blend of Coriander, and sugar combined with the roasted almond or pecan provides a flavor that starts with a sweet savory taste of coriander and sugar and finishes with a rich buttery taste. Tandoori – Tandoori seasoning is a blend of coriander, cumin, sweet paprika, garlic, ginger, cardamom and saffron. When added to our roasted almonds it creates a unique natural East Indian flavoring with a little spicy kick at the finish. Cocoa – We use Dutch Process Cocoa and combine it with our almonds, sugar and a splash of vanilla and then roast the almonds to a medium dark color. The flavor is reminiscent to that of a cup of hot cocoa. |
